Consumer Disclosure
In order to comply with all legal requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Consumer Credit Reporting Reform Act, please note that Entertainment Financial LLC may obtain a consumer credit report for the purpose of assessing the risks involved with extending credit. Should Entertainment Financial take adverse action against an application as a result of applicant’s credit report, Entertainment Financial LLC shall disclose the following: (1) the fact that it is taking adverse action; (2) the name, address and phone number of the consumer reporting agency that provided the consumer report; (3) the fact that the consumer reporting agency did not make the adverse decision and cannot explain why it was made; and (4) applicant’s right to obtain a free copy of the consumer report and dispute the accuracy of the information contained in the report.

Collecting Information - Entertainment Financial LLC collects and uses various types of nonpublic personal information (NPI) about you and your account(s) to service your account(s), keep your information up to date, and manage our business and risks. Collected information can include the following: Identification Information — basic information, such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and Social Security number; Application Information — information you provide on your application, such as assets, income and debt; Consumer Report Information — information from a consumer report, such as credit score, credit history, and loss; and Information from Outside Sources — information from outside sources other than consumer report information, regarding employment, credit and other relationships that will help us determine if you are eligible for credit. Sharing Information with Third Parties - Entertainment Financial LLC only discloses NPI to nonaffiliated third parties as permitted by law. Protecting Information - Entertainment Financial LLC maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect NPI. Appropriate employees are authorized to access NPI for business purposes only. Our employees are bound by a code of ethics that requires confidential treatment of NPI and are subject to disciplinary action if they fail to follow this code. Keeping up to date with our Privacy Policy - Entertainment Financial LLC may make changes to this policy at any time and will inform you of changes, as required by law.
